Yangtze Plaza, Wuhan China

Yangtze Plaza was conceived, designed and completed as a vibrant commercial and residential complex comprising  60,000 sqm of retail space and 4 high-rise towers of residential / commercial suites. The front facade is enhanced by a dramatic open curvilinear open plaza and is linked to Yingwu Dadao, a major 6-lane dual carriageway in Wuhan, China.

The residential / commercial towers rises to 100 meters above sea level and serve as prominent landmark in the city. The 6-storey high retail podium with a spacious atrium is designed with one-stop shopping convenience in mind. There is a total of 992 units of commercial and residential units.
