JSPL develop their  Industrial and ancillary Buildings on land side in the New Yard Phase 1 development at Tuas View Boulevard.

Building Consist Of Dormitories (For 9,408 Workers),  Office, Customer Office , Training Centre,  Steel Workshops , Warehouse, Substations, Multi-Function Buildings, Exterior Works & Ancillary Buildings .The overall site area is 74 Ha and the length of the site is 1,235m.
