Wuxi-Singapore Industrial Park

A 1000 ha Industrial Development located 128km south of  Shanghai. The Industrial park is a comprehensive ‘Hi-Tech’ development providing factory, building, retail and recreational facilities served by integrated public utilities.

The project is to be developed in 2 phases with Phase 1 covering 100 ha of land and Phase 2, 90 ha. Each phase is self-contained with different factory types and supporting facilities to meet the needs of various clients.
