An area of approximately 805ha is recommended for development to cater for light and medium industries such as textie, garment, wood-work, furniture, footwear, food processing, packaging and toy manufacturing.

The development will act as an economic spin-off for the rest of the Riau Province. Facilities  provided area factories of different land and building area. The unique feature of this development is the generous provision of open spaces within the factory lots.
