SDC/SCAE provides engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) services for Civil & Building Infrastructure Works to Sembcorp Utilities (SUT) and the other business units within the Sembcorp Group.

Prominent projects include the Sembcorp NEWater Plant, the Integrated Wastewater Treatment Plant @ Banyan, the Sembcorp Woodchip Boiler Plant(phase 1 & 2), Service Corridor Pipelines Expansion on Jurong Island, Sembcorp Seawater Intake Facilities (including pump house and pipelines), Sembcorp Cogen @ Banyan Admin Building and Warehouse, and the Sembcorp Multi-utility Facility.
